Week 22

My favourite part of doing this blog is taking/finding pictures. No copyright problems – I took them all.

“The artist is chosen by God to fulfill his commands and must never be overwhelmed by public opinion.” – Albrecht

wow – I didn’t realize until after I pasted in the quote that it followed my earlier comment when I started this blog. This is beyond serendipitous !!

“The oldest and strongest emotion of mankind is fear, and the oldest and strongest kind of fear is fear of the unknown.”

– H. P. Lovecraft

Read this one a few times:

“Rest until you feel like playing, then play until you feel like resting, period. Never do anything else. ” – Martha BeckRead

Week 21

image.jpegI am a unique creature of nature. – OG

Cherish forever what makes you unique, ‘cuz you’re really a yawn if it goes. ~ Bette Midler

More Og:  I am rare, and there’s value in all rarity; therefore, I am valuable.

Onto the recent exercise of reading bots:

I found amazingly enjoyable because I got to meet people I didn’t know in life. I tended to read the bigger display obituaries that had a lot more details. I enjoyed meeting them.

It wasn’t the morbid exercise I thought it would be at all.

I already have the relentless march time of  time ingrained in me. So this exercise didn’t have the expected impact on me at all. It’s all good!

“An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.” – Benjamin Franklin

“In order to get to the next level of whatever you’re doing, you must think and act in a wildly different way than you previously have been. You cannot get to the next phase of a project without a grander mind-set, more acceleration, and extra horsepower.” – Grant Cardone

Week 20

image“You have to take risks. We will only understand the miracle of life fully when we allow the unexpected to happen.” ~ Paulo Coelho

I’m still having trouble placing photos and doing color  – word press doesn’t always behave the way I expect to.

“Learning is about looking at things differently, making your life a little better everyday. The greatest personal limitation is to be found not in the things you want to do and can’t, but in the things you’ve never considered doing.” – Richard Bandler

“There are so many things in human living that we should regard not as traumatic learning but as incomplete learning, unfinished learning. Pain is incomplete learning.” – Dr. Milton Erickson

Week 19

Getting more and more organized with setup and systems so it’s easy and fun to do all the exercises so as to close in on my DMP.

Yes, it takes this long, and that need not be discouraging or disparaged. I’m simply ecstatic at having got to this point.

As always, every bit of progress or accomplishment is worth acknowledging and celebrating.

I know I’ll be doing much if not most of the exercises long after the formal program is over.

I’ll also be using the methods on other material.
