Week 5 – Which Way Is Up

You never know what you do will have an impact when

i am so grateful that 30 years ago, on -40 below SuperBowl weekend I sat in class and learned PhotoReading.

it is proving to be vital now not just in getting thru the volume of reading, but also understanding it all.

What perhaps is helpful for you without this training is to run your eyes over all the words first, without trying to make sense of every word. This will set up a frame in your brain for greater comprehension.

I also like using EFT with the “Do it now” and “I can be what I will to be” phrases. Three rounds +1 gets you thru the required 25.  Allowing it all to seep in deeper.

Having said all that, I’m still in deep, deep do-do getting it all done this week.

I get the mechanics behind that – still doesn’t make it any less brutal.

When can we all come up for air? And chocolate.

Week 4 – Bleep Week

“Step by step. I can’t think of any other way of accomplishing anything.” ~ Michael Jordan

“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out…”~ Robert Collier

I like these words, they enhance my MKMMA experience:

We are wanting you to know you are open to much good unfolding before you, perhaps in ways it has not been before now. Your dreams and desires are available to you more easily as you learn to connect with your Higher Self. Be as clear as you can about the dreams and desires you hold and feel the pure energy of them as you focus upon them. If you are not clear about what it is that you want, be clear of the essence. In other words, you know how you want to feel – whether that it is to feel happiness, love, appreciation, joy, peace, confidence, safe and secure. Be extremely intentional about what it is that you want. You are in a position to create powerfully as you step into these higher vibrations.

We will infuse you with our love, and for now, we will leave you be.

And another quote I just stumbled onto:

By believing passionately in something that still does not exist, we create it.

– Nikos Kazantzakis – 1883-1957, Writer

“Cant say say it or think it, or read it, enough” is one of the huge lessons of the first four weeks

A question from your friend The Universe:

Just how much time do you spend thinking big, Marianne? I mean really, really BIG?

Good, very good! Because that’s exactly how much of “it” you’re going to get!

What a coincidence,
The Universe (tut.com)

what at a plethora of  quotes this week. They were more but I had to be really selective. Here’s another:

“Wherever there is danger, there lurks opportunity; whenever there is opportunity, there lurks danger. The two are inseparable. They go together.”~ Earl Nightingale

So no my blog takes a big turd. Locked my keys out of my car yesterday and was late for work. The interesting thing was all week I had been working on processes so that I would always keep my essentials together: keys, purse, phone.  We humans are so easily distracted and full of assumptions!!

It was so great to connect with the What The Bleep movie again on last Sundays webinar. I was on one of the original street teams promoting  the movie when it premiered oh so long ago. Seen Dr. Joe speak and follow his research since.

Week 2 – Settling In

So I finally caught up and fixed all my blog hiccups.

Im starting blog entries early this week – the minute details that do matter are soon forgotten.

I find my self stepping happily and boldly into the week and into the future.

I KNOW not to skip even one activity – the March of time is relentless. Time never hurries, but it sure gets gone – FAST

ANY delay in doing what has been laid out for us (Thank You!!) delays the DMP I so badly want.

“There are no traffic jams along the extra mile.” – Roger Staubach – Former NFL Quarterback

So this WP is far from intuitive.  I spent quite some time looking for the draft I started earlier in the week. Saved by Google I press on.

The he posting something about my self is not working at all yet. Will continue to ponder what I want out there, and how it has to sound. Most such things aren’t the least bit interesting.

So, to the big HABIT theme of the week.

I got a real nice real life illustration this morning.

Had to go out to the garage to retrieve my purse. My garage is “divided” in two by a couple of shelves and a junk pile (read undone, undecided stuff) between the two shelves.

So, to get into my car, I have to walk towards the garage door and sweets in between the door and the last shelf to walk back up to my car door.

My my promise for the week is to winterize my garage – get that pile between the shelves gone. I have achieved 90% of that clearing! So all I had to do was walk across the garage and step over  the remaining few boxes.

Must I still walked the long way around! I have done that three times now. Even though it is plenty obvious that the path is clear!!!!

How often do I miss the obvious because I don’t look up and/or get lost in other thoughts.

Reminds me me of the time I sat in front of a door for an hour and a half – assuming it had been locked by the roommate. I entertained myself for a very long time – I had lots I could do. I was so busy doing stuff and making the best of the situation, I didn’t look up to the obvious.

Then I finally asked myself what could possibly be the most useful question I have ever learned – “Have I done everything I already know how to do?”

Now we all know the answer to that question is NO.

So I finally did the most obvious thing – I actually turned the door handle!

Took me an hour and a half to come up with that one.

Habits and assumptions!!!

Week 1 – Gearing up

Week 1 – Gearing up

Many, many threads to weave together!

IDing them in the first place is a challenge

Kind of like keeping track of all the characters are the little complex novel. Need a flowchart to keep track!

I’m going to have to create a checklist. That’s how we pilots make sure nothing gets missed. This is complex enough so that’s not going to be easy.

A huge benefit is going to be the opportunity to get more tech savvy. Now there’s an ever moving target!

I may have to let Comcast back into my house so I have unlimited internet to complete this course. AaaaAGH! I kicked them out 2 1/2 years ago and just used my phone. Not that Verizon is nirvana.

I thought it might be too predictable reading the same lessons thru the week. That’s not been the case however. Allows for much deeper focus and thought on various words and sentences.

I added this to my handwritten PBP:

“First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.” – Epictetus

So, the birthday cake (Aronia berry and applesauce is in the oven.

It’s for my friend Karen and my sweetie Scott

While it’s baking, I’m going into my sauna to read my scrolls and do my 15.
